Features:

Use CNC2 axes controller with high speed servo molors and easy control panel. All Programming data are by tablized enierence. All operation modes are clearly shown at a switch interlace. Fasy operation and precision control. Spindle can be rotated either right hand or left hand to make R/H or L/H spring and strip it. Multisteps for front leg forming, rear leg forming and unlimited home actions. It can make two springs per cycle in accord with cam axis. Cam can be rotated lorward and backward to do multiple feeds to make multiple layers springs in accord with spindle axis. Reserved 3 sets of air valves can be programmed for optional air slides or other applications. Round forming table design and various kinds of slides can form many actions at one time. It can be reduced for the setup time since the wide forming room and easy setup. Standard cams and specified bland tools can reduce tools making time. Machine can be stop automatically while miss touch and wind more angles or coils to identify bad springs.
