The CS-8 Spring Coiling Machine incorporates many featurs that spring makers will find useful:
  • Dual Coiling Points, allowing for coiling away form the arbor. As the arbor is only used for cut-off, this eliminates the need for grinding a separate arbor for each different spring ID.
  • Arbor Box, holds the arbor in place. if the arbor needs to be removed for grinding, or needs to be changed, the arbor's position dosen't have to be adjusted when it is replaced.
  • Simple to use Two-Column Computer. No need to memorize special commands or procedures, as all input is in mm(feed) and degrees(cams).
  • Coiling Point Cam Mounted Outside, making it easier to set the machine up for barrel or hourglass shaped springs.
  • New High Speed Motors - improved accuracy as well speed.

CNC CS-8T WITH TORSION DEVICE
CNC CS-8T equip flexible coiling finger that allows you to produce torsion spring, that includes left and right hand coil; angle sensor assists us maintain accuracy of torsion angle. We can also utilize CNC CS-8T to produce safety end springs, magazine springs, simple wire forming parts and related products.
